Retirement
Plan (Defined Contribution Plan)
The
Company's Defined Contribution plan provides for an
employer paid contribution to the employee's 401(k)
account. The contribution is based on age and years
of service with Utica National.
Company
pays the entire cost of the plan
Full
and part time employees who have attained age
21 and have completed one year of service are
eligible for the plan
Employees
are fully vested after five years of service

Profit Sharing
Contributions
of up to 50% of your base salary can be made to a 401(k)
account (subject to IRS limitations)
The
first 4% of your contribution may be eligible for a Company
match of up to 125%!
