Vacation
Days
As
a new employee, you are entitled to 10 paid vacation days, after
90 days of employment. Prorated amounts vary depending on your
hire date.
Holidays
The Company observes seven holidays, for which you are paid, effective
from your date of hire.
Floating
Holidays
After one year of employment, the Company typically grants up to three paid floating
holidays to observe public (e.g., Election Day), personal
(e.g., birthday, anniversary), or religious (e.g., Good
Friday, Yom Kippur) events of your choice. Note: One floating
holiday is granted in the first year of hire, if hired prior to June
30.
