with us. The Account Credit applies if the applicant's Automobile
policy is also with Utica National.

Age of Dwelling
Credit for homes that are less than 12 years old
(CT, NJ, NY, NC, TN, VA)
Energy Efficient Furnace
(CT, NJ, NY, NC, TN, VA)
The High Efficiency Gas Furnace credit is available for homes
that have a furnace with an Efficiency Rating of 90% or
higher.
Protective Device credits
We offer discounting if you have any of the following protective
features installed and functional in your home.
- Burglar alarm
- Fire Alarm
- Fire extinguisher
- Deadbolt locks
- Sprinkler systems
- Water leak alarm
- Room temperature alarm
- Flexible hose
- Completed a Firefighting safety course
