Look who’s riding with us!
Land-speed record holder, Jody Perewitz,
is the fastest woman ever to ride an American V-Twin motorcycle.
We support Jody as she strives to break 215mph. You can follow along with Jody’s progress through our Facebook page, our Twitter stream, on Jody’s Instagram page or on the Team J’Witz Facebook page. You can show your support for Jody by using the hashtag #windracer on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Jody has been around motorcycles all her life. She’s followed in her famous father’s footsteps first building custom motorcycles and now learning the craft of painting. She and her father, Dave Perewitz, built the motorcycles that she’s raced on over 200mph at the Bonneville Salt Flats.
Jody herself says, “Motorcycles aren’t a part of my life, they are my life.” She understands that while speed is good, being safe on a motorcycle is vitally important, whether you are on the road, dirt trails or salt flats. She practices good safety both on the road and when racing. She’s helping us to spread the word about being safe no matter where you ride and we couldn’t be more proud to ride with her as she goes for 215mph!
