Utica National requires that all legal invoices be submitted electronically through our website, by way of the "Submit Invoices" button above. This will expedite payment and lessen the administrative burden of the submitting firms. Every legal invoice submitted will be subject to a highly secure (128 bit encryption) communications link available only to designated users of the application.

Prior to processing the payment of your invoice, our Legal Bill Review Unit (LBRU) will review your invoice for compliance with our Insurance Defense Guidelines. Utica National's LBRU is staffed by a team of Utica National employees and staff attorneys based in our New Hartford, New York office.

The billing review software is powered by Allegient Systems, Inc. Their sole role is to provide the software and support for the use of LBRU. Submitted data will be reviewed only by employees of Utica National Insurance Group and will not be reviewed, disclosed, shared, distributed or otherwise referenced by Allegient.

All information submitted is maintained and regarded as confidential.
