Mr. Zapisek joined Utica National as Vice President and Treasurer. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1992 and to Executive Vice President in 1999. Prior to joining Utica National, he was the Regional Vice President - Eastern Region with Marine Midland Bank, now HSBC. He has served as a member of the investment committee and the state and federal taxation committees of the Alliance of American Insurers, a member of the Treasury Management Association and a member of the advisory committee of the New York Department of Taxation. He was a member of the executive committee of the Utica College board of trustees, a member of the investment committee of the Community Foundation, and trustee of the Munson-Williams Proctor Arts Institute.
