Mr. Eells joined Utica National in 1981 as a Marketing Representative in the New England Regional Office. He was promoted to Director of Sales in Utica National's Risk Management Corporation in 1987 and to his current position that same year.

He earned a bachelor's degree from St. Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire, as well as the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Certified Insurance Counselor, and Associate in Risk Management professional designations.

He is a member of the education committee, and serves as an instructor for the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) of Georgia and the CPCU Society of Georgia.
