Mr. Weeks serves as Resident Senior Vice President and Agents Errors and Omissions Profit Center Manager for the Utica National Insurance Group’s Special Programs function, incorporating the company’s UNI-Service Excess Facilities and Errors & Omissions divisions, at the company’s downtown Utica site.

Prior to his promotion he was an Assistant Vice President and Director of Commercial Lines Sales. Mr. Weeks began his career with Utica National in 1980 as an Underwriter Trainee at the company’s Eastern Regional Office in Utica, New York, and since that time has earned numerous promotions, including being named Underwriting Manager for Errors & Omissions in 1990, Regional Marketing Manager in 1997 and Director of Commercial Lines Sales in 2004.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. John Fisher College and holds the Associate in Underwriting (AU) professional designation.
