Ms. Peck serves as Assistant Vice President and Director of Customer Retention and Experience. She was named to the position in 2016, having previously served as Assistant Vice President and Director of Customer Experience. She joined the company in 1997.

Shannon earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the State University of New York Institute of Technology in Utica, New York, and an Associate’s Degree from Cobleskill College in Cobleskill, New York.

She holds the Associate in Underwriting (AU) professional designation.
