Vice President and Director of the Marketing Center of Excellence,
Communications and Customer Engagement
Sarah serves as Director of the Marketing Center of Excellence, Communications and Customer Engagement, having been named to the position in 2019 when she was also named an officer of the company as Assistant Vice President. She was previously Director of Strategic Customer Communications & Engagement, and was named Vice President in 2020.
Sarah joined the company in 2000 as a college intern, and has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility, including as Personal Lines Portfolio Manager within the Project Management Organization and Digital Delivery Manager in the Information Technology Center of Excellence.
She also has numerous years of experience within the Marketing and Communications team, and is currently enrolled in Cornell University’s Digital Marketing program.
