Steve serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, and is also responsible for the company’s Real Estate and Facilities across our eight operating locations. He joined Utica National in 2019 and has an extensive background in human resources spanning more than 25 years.
He holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR) degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont.
Steve began his career in Boston as a licensed securities professional with American Express, and then spent 20 years with Citigroup in a variety of business HR leadership and corporate positions at various locations in the United States as well as London, England. Steve also served as an Executive Consultant at IBM, working with client organizations on technology driven HR transformation initiatives.
