Due to a system issue, form BP0483 – Removal of Insurance-To-Value endorsement, which removes the standard BP0003 requirement of 80% coinsurance, was added to some Church, Religious Organizations, and Auto Service policies in error. This applies to policies with effective new and renewal dates of 7/1/2025 and after.
