Due to a system issue, form BP0483 – Removal of Insurance-To-Value endorsement, which removes the standard BP0003 requirement of 80% coinsurance, was added to some Church, Religious Organizations, and Auto Service policies in error. This applies to policies with effective new and renewal dates of 7/1/2025 and after.
- The system issue has been corrected. As a result, the BP0483 will be removed from policies which were not intended to have this form apply.
- Affected policyholders will be notified of the removal of BP0483 prior to renewal, and that the standard BP0003 insurance-to-value provisions will apply.
- New Business policies will no longer have the BP0483 endorsement added automatically. It will be subject to Underwriting approval.
