Mr. Taylor leads a team providing strategic human capital support to a broad group of corporate functions at Edward Jones Financial Services. He joined the firm in 2018, after serving the policyholders and employees for nearly 20 years with the nation's largest property and casualty insurer.

Taylor currently leads strategic human capital support through the development and execution of talent strategy. This includes human capital domains consisting of executive coaching, staffing strategy and workforce planning, organizational design, talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards, leader and team effectiveness, change adoption, and workplace culture, connection and place of belonging. He and his teams provide HR insight, guidance and consultation to the firm’s Chief Finance Officer, Chief Operations Officer, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Chief Transformation Officer, Head of Community Affairs and Head of Enterprise Change and Communications.

Taylor served eight years of active military duty in the United States Army, Special Operations Command as a senior military intelligence non-commission officer. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Management from Illinois State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriting (CLU) and an Associate in Management (AIM) professional designations.
