Take photos of any damage to your home or automobile to share with your Claims Representative.
For auto accidents:
● Remove any personal belongings from your vehicle.
● Record the name of the responding police agency and/or report number.
● If your vehicle has been towed, note the name and phone number of the towing company.

You will be assigned an adjuster who will evaluate applicable coverage and assess liability for the loss.
As part of the investigation process, they may contact you and other associated parties for statements regarding the loss.
We will also assess damage to your home or auto with the help of industry-leading technology.
Photographs of damage are highly recommended; however, depending on the type and extent of damage, an in-person inspection may be required.
